It is their responsibility to spread the Gospel by tirelessly going out into the community to witness to those who do not normally attend church. Additionally, they work with new converts each week to teach them about Open Door International Ministries and what we have to offer to increase their daily walk and faith in the Lord.

Members receive instruction from Pastor, Dr. Rogers on all aspects of ministry.

The department teaches key Christian Principles, and the importance of living a holy and sanctified life by accepting Jesus Christ at a young age.

	Contact and Public Relations Ministry   Director Sister Valarie Gordon Contact and Public Relations Aimed at promoting Open Door International Ministries in a positive light within the city of Milwaukee, the country and throughout the world. This Department ensures the visibility of the church, and Pastor, Dr. Rogers and is responsible for all advertisements, radio announcements and press releases.

	Culinary Ministry   Minister Annette Collins Glenda Brooks       Antionette Simmons Kipp Allen Culinary Kitchen Department This department is in charge of the creative and joyful ways how to make Sunday and eventful dinners.  The Culinary Arts is a wondeful ministry that enhance the Open Door International Ministries.

	Marriage Ministry   Jose Jr. and Chamecia Gonzales Aaron Jr. and Valarie Gordon Ray and Annette Collins Marriage An indispensable department that is responsible for meeting and teaching classes on pre-marital and marriage subjects. They ensure the biblical teaching and fundamentals under the direction of the Pastor, Dr. Tonya Rogers.

	Music Ministry   Minister of Music Anthony Simmons Praise Ministry Phrachel Cole   Music Psalm 149:1 “Praise ye the Lord. Sing unto the Lord a new song, and His praise in the congregation of saints.”

	Outreach Ministry   Directors of Outreach Ministry Brother Kipp Allen Sister Christine Bernard Outreach Another lifeline of the Church, the Outreach Department is tasked with spreading the Word through street, jail, and school ministries. This department visits hospitals, halfway houses, and promotes spiritual healing and growth to those individuals in need of help to overcome their addictions through the power of Jesus Christ.

They additionally patrol the parking lot, surrounding streets, and secure the church building after every service

	Usher Ministry   Brother Ray Collins Brother Michael Dankert Brother Logan Scaggs Mother Johnnie Lu Watson- Advisor Usher This Department is a vital function to the orderliness of the church. The Ushers’ pleasantly greet members and visitors, maintain crowd control and assist in receiving tithes and offerings. They also distribute the weekly bulletins and visitor cards.

	Youth Ministry   Monique Brooks                                                              Cinamen Benton                                                Antionette Simmons Youth Department This Department works with all the young people of the church from ages 12-20. They plan activities for the youth, keeping them involved in the church while fostering fellowship among the children and teaching Christian values.

	Book Store   Staff and members of the department are responsible for selling Dr. Rogers' music tapes/CD’s, audio and videotapes of weekly services, Christian literature, and any other specialty items.
